LAUREN BROWN, DC

Dr. Lauren received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences, formerly New York Chiropractic College. Prior to attending Chiropractic school, she attended Iowa State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health. 

 

She specializes in Women’s Health (including prenatal and postpartum care) and Pediatrics. Most of her patients have auto-immune conditions and she works with her patients to figure out how non-pharmacological care can assist with their health journey. She has a passion for helping people get back to the activities they love, especially after big life changes. 

 

She is Webster Technique certified and is working on her Perinatal certification through the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics. She is also Full Body Level 2 certified in Active Release Techniques and is part of their Elite Provider Network that goes on-site to various manufacturing facilities to treat overuse and other musculoskeletal injuries. 

 

She utilizes a variety of techniques to develop individualized treatment plans for her patients that include myofascial release, dry needling, manual and instrument assisted chiropractic adjusting, visceral manipulation, cranial techniques, and rehabilitative exercises. She treats a variety of conditions including pelvic and hip pain, pubic symphysis dysfunction, neck pain, headaches, torticollis, infant colic, latching issues, and more.

Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and two cats. They love finding new trails to walk or hike and spending time with friends and family.
